A bit about us…

A native Greek, Samantha Phillips moved to the UK 9 years ago. In Greece Samantha worked as a Conference and Events Manager for 20 years for both Blue Chip Companies and world renowned hotel chains including Hilton and Marriott.

She organised global conference and incentives, large scale weddings and outside catering events. She speaks four languages fluently so you can be assured that nothing will get lost in translation. Samantha has exclusive contacts who can offer the best available, just for you, from the classic to the unusual, from the popular to a hidden gem of a destination.

Anna has a varied background including PR and Events and has worked in many different industries from boutique hotels to blue chip corporates. With that comes a wide ranging experience in arranging exclusive parties and events in a London hotel to a company wide trips overseas.

Most recently her work focussed on being a Board Level Personal Assistant so she is highly organised and doesn’t miss a thing with great attention to detail. Within this role she organised the corporate incentives and events.

Teamed together we are a formidable crew who will ensure that your special day is as it is meant to be, a magical memory to last a lifetime.

We both chose to get married overseas, Samantha in Greece and Anna in Italy, and have experience first hand of the being the anxious bride leaving their wedding in the capable hands of overseas organisers, just at the end of a phone line.  And that is where Olive Blossom Weddings are different – we are UK based but have a wealth of trusted partners in-situ at all of the destinations we offer.

We’ve been through this wonderful journey personally and and can do the same for you! We have experience of the whole process from both sides so have a unique insight into the practicalities but also the emotional side which we can empathise and support you through.

We have set out a charter of how we work together with you and the standard of service that you can expect.

We will always have an initial consultation with you, either via Skype, or in person at any location to suit you, and will keep that personal touch throughout the whole of the planning and on the big day itself.
